Can I reorder a custom design that I have already ordered?
Yes. Your order can be defined as a “reorder” if you intend to purchase exact copies of your previous transfers. Only the reorder quantity may be different from the original order. The artwork's appearance, color, design size, and transfer type cannot be changed on a reorder. If your order is defined as a reorder, place the order online as usual and type your original order number in the “Reorder Number” text box if the transfer type allows.
Am I able to return custom items?
All custom items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable.
What is the turnaround time for my custom order?
Custom DTF transfers: The turnaround time for Custom DTF transfers is 1-2 business days in production, 1-2 business days in production after proof approval, and ground shipping after that.
Supacolor transfers: The turnaround time for Supacolor transfers is typically 1-2 business days (if a proof was purchased, it must be approved before production begins), followed by 2-4 business days in production, and finally, a 2-day Fed-Ex shipment.
Custom Sublimation transfers: The turnaround time for Custom Sublimation transfers is 1-2 days in processing, 1-2 business days in production after proof approval, and ground shipping after that.
Custom Rhinestone transfers: The turnaround time for Custom Rhinestone transfers is 1-2 business days in processing, 1-3 days in production after all proof approvals, and ground shipping after that.
Custom HTV transfers: The turnaround time for Custom HTV transfers is 1-2 business days in processing, 1-2 business days in production, and ground shipping after that.
Custom stickers: The turnaround time for custom stickers is 1-2 business days in processing time, 10 days in production, and ground shipping after that.
Custom patches:
